Changing your Password

Changing your password is very simple and should be your top priority action during your first session with Encryptex Pro v2.0.5.  To change your password simply click on the Password Changer button on the Encryptex Toolbar "", enter a new password greater than 4 characters, and less than 26 characters.  After you have chosen a password you will remember and noone else will figure out, press the save button. Your new password will appear in the "Current Password" field

You may change your password as often as you like, and we recommend you change your password at least once per month.

*NOTE*  Your password is case sensitive, meaning that your password may contain upper case and lower case characters, however, these upper case and lower case characters must be entered the exactly the same way when you enter your password at start-up.  For example; The password "CronosLogic" would need to be entered exactly as shown with an upper case "C", then lower case "ronos", then upper case "L", then lower case "ogic".  If your password is not entered exactly as you have saved it, you will get an "invalid password" error.

**IMPORTANT** If in the event you lose your password, you will need to contact CronosLogic by calling 727-376-8309 or send our tech support an email at cronos@cronoslogic.com.
