Troubleshooting and Support

If you're having trouble using Onux, please make sure you've read through the help files.  It is also important to read the Limitations information.  Most problems can be resolved through our help system.

If you're still having trouble using Onux even after carefully reading through the help pages, you may contact CronosLogic directly via email:  cronos@cronoslogic.com

Special support service is offered in person for a nominal hourly fee.  Please send an email to cronos@cronoslogic.com and use "In Person Support" as the subject.  We will reply with further instructions for obtaining additional in person support.
